The County of Essex Bids and Tenders tool allows vendors to search for opportunities, submit bids and review awarded bids.
Please follow the instructions below to set up an account and learn about the bidding process.

Please log in to view current bid opportunities. Create an account if you are a first-time vendor.
Create An Account
Vendors must create an account with the County of Essex to submit bids and download documents.
For an annual fee of $175.05 to GHD Digital, vendors will receive unlimited access for bid opportunities for all registered municipalities in Canada using the GHD Digital and Tenders online tool.
For vendors who bid less frequently, a $52.38 pay-per-use option is also available.
How to Bid:
- Create account or Log in
- Click on “Bids Homepage”
- Click “Bid Details”
- Click on “Register for this Bid” if you are not already a registered vendor
- Fill in your information and submit payment
- Return to homepage and select bid to download documents
- Log in again if you want additional copies
- Instructions on submitting bids are included in the documents
Bidders should note all addendums to the bid documents will be posted with the documents on the County of Essex Bids and Tenders webpage. It is the bidder's responsibility to check this page. Submissions received without the appropriate addendum attached and signed may be rejected. All registered plan takers will receive an email when addendums are issued.
