About the Outdoor Accessibility Fest-for-All
The Essex County Accessibility Advisory Committee hosted its first Outdoor Accessibility Fest-for-All on Friday, Sept. 13, 2024. from
10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Colchester Park in the Town of Essex.
The festival in the beautiful lakeside community of Colchester featured accessibility-focused demonstrations and exhibits by organizations, municipalities and businesses from across Essex County and Windsor. The Fest-for-All Program included adaptive rowing by the LaSalle Rowing Club, adaptive fitness classes by MOVATI - Kingsville and adaptive yoga by Coco Yoga. Those who attended could also get on the court with basketball players from the Rose City Riot Parasports Club and take part in a workout with SueSanity Pound Fitness.
