You can access our Documents Archive for copies of agendas, minutes and other records from prior to 2014. Documents in the archive may not currently be in an accessible format. Please contact the Clerk's office if you require alternative formats.

Agendas

Council agendas and reports will be posted to the Meeting Calendar on the Monday prior to a Council meeting. The documents will be posted on the Tuesday if Monday is a public holiday.

Minutes

Minutes are records of Council meetings. They are generally approved by council at the following meeting as part of the agenda package. Once the minutes are approved, they are posted to the Meeting Calendar.
