Community Safety and Well-Being Plan

As of November 24, 2025, the councils of the City of Windsor and Essex County, as well as the seven lower-tier municipalities of the County of Essex, have endorsed the refreshed version of the Windsor Essex Community Safety & Well-Being Plan (the 2026-2029 Plan).
