Report a Problem

To get started, Click on Report a Problem link and click LogIn if you already have an account. 

If you don’t have an account, select Don’t have an account? Click to SignUp.

Select Continue as Guest if you do not wish to sign up.

Creating an account is recommended as it allows you to log in anytime and track the status of your requests. Following are the steps for Signing up for an account.

Choose County of Essex from the list as the Municipality and click Apply to continue.

Click on the Submit a Service Requests Online card.

To create a new request, click the New Request button in the top right corner.

1. Input the Contact Details and Click Next to proceed.

2. Type your Address or click on the map to set the location. Select No address if your address is not listed or if you do not wish to share.

3. Select the Request Type options from the Type dropdown. Enter a brief description of the request and Click Next.

4. Attach a file (optional) using Upload button
   
   
5. Review your information in the Final Summary section, Check on I Agree checkbox and, then Click Submit.
