Construction and Road Closures Update – October 24, 2025

County Road 11 will be closed from County Road 10 and County Road 12 for approximately 15 weeks beginning the week of August 5th for bridge rehabilitation work.

County Road 8 will be closed between County Road 37 and County Road 1 for a culvert replacement, beginning September 29 for approximately eight weeks. Please use caution and follow the posted detour.

Road line painting

Please be patient when you encounter road line painting operations. Be prepared to drive slowly and do not drive over the wet paint to prevent damage to your vehicle.

County Road 42 construction project

The following notices form part of Phase 3 and Phase 4 of the County Road 42 construction project. Additional information related to this project can be found on our County Road 42 project web page.

The County Road 19 (Manning Road) and County Road 42 roundabout is now open to northbound, southbound and eastbound traffic. Westbound is closed off the new roundabout.

Area motorists are advised of the following closures and detours, for the final segment of Phase 3 of the CR42 widening project:

• Eastbound traffic along County Road 42 will be closed at Lesperance Road, and to County Road 19 (Manning Road) to local traffic only. 
• Westbound County Road 42 from Manning Road is closed to Lesperance Road to complete Phase 3 of the County Road 42 widening project. Please follow the posted detour signs.
