Here’s how you can sign up for a Heart Month session near you

February is nearly here – and that’s Heart Month in Canada.

It’s a time to raise awareness about the importance of heart and vascular health, how to reduce risks, and how you can help contribute to the fight against heart disease and stroke.

Once again, Essex-Windsor EMS is lending a big helping hand to the cause. The service is conducting AED/CPR sessions across the County in February.

Here are the details, and how you can sign up for a session near you:

 

LAKESHORE

DATE: Tuesday, February 3

TIME: 9 a.m. to 12 noon

WHERE: Atlas Tube Recreation Centre in Belle River, 447 Renaud Line Road.

AMHERSTBURG

DATE: Tuesday, February 17

TIME: 9 a.m. to 12 noon

WHERE: Libro Credit Union Recreation Centre, 3295 Meloche Road.

ESSEX

TIME: 9 a.m. to 12 noon

WHERE: Gosfield Communications Community Centre in Cottam, 124 Fox Street.
