2021-09-01 Essex County Council Regular Meeting Notice

The Regular Meeting of Essex County Council for Wednesday, September 1, 2021 has been cancelled.

The next Regular Meeting of Essex County Council will be September 15, 2021.

A Closed Meeting is scheduled to take place at 6:00 PM, on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 pursuant to Section 239 (2) (f) and (k) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended for the following reasons:

• (f) advise that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose; and
• (k) a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of the municipality or local board.
