County Issues RFP for Intensive Supportive Housing Program

The County of Essex is requesting proposals from interested parties to provide an Intensive Supportive Housing Program within the boundaries of the County of Essex to vulnerable adults with complex needs.

The County is inviting responses from qualified service providers and/or supportive housing facilities, defined as any residence, rest home, retirement home or boarding and lodging home, which, for a fee, provides 24-hour supervision to vulnerable adults with complex needs.
