Notice of Special County Council Meeting
Special Closed and Open meetings of Essex County Council have been scheduled for Wednesday, November 5th. 2014. A Closed meeting of County Council to discuss a matter involving labour relations will be held at 6:00 PM, followed by an open meeting of County Council at 7:00 PM.
