Request for Proposal – Road Rationalization Study, County of Essex

The County of Essex is initiating a Request for Proposal to provide Professional Services with the purpose of completing a Road Rationalization Study. The final outcome of the Study will provide a clear understanding of the Regional Network in terms of its objectives, functional road classifications and hierarchy, identify jurisdictional options and requirements, and provide an implementation action plan.

A complete quotation must be submitted to the County in a sealed package labeled as follows:

The package must be addressed to Ms. Jane Mustac P.Eng., and received by 11:00 AM, June 28, 2017.
