Essex-Windsor EMS officially welcomed 22 new paramedics at a commencement ceremony on May 30, 2025, held in council chambers at the County of Essex Administration Building.

County Road 42 will be closed at County Road 19/Manning Road starting at 7 a.m. Monday, June 2, for the construction of a new roundabout.
